If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange. All latex items can only be returned in its original unpolished condition. Items that have been worn, washed or polished can not be returned. Refunds for items returned within ten days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type.
